WANTED - URGENT - METAL TURBO WATER HOSE

Evening all Managed to break my turbo water hose off the back of the turbo.. I need the short metal pipe that joins onto the turbo and the other end joins to a rubber hose, i need just the short metal pipe, there is 2 metal one's that bolt onto the turbo i need the shorter one of the 2.... Desperate...

Perhaps pol will be so kind as to remove his ecu from the retaining clips and see if it gets hot with out being bolted to the car...

Only other thing is my loom ran orange colour ecu's and i swapped them for later style red ones, wonder if there is a difference... and that's why its getting hot

Is that a direct fit mate... I was thinking the same sort of thing but was wondering what is involved in fitting the t25....

Not all cars can have a rev counter taken off the coil, the clio is one of them i think..

From stock the volvo get's its rev counter feed from the ecu so i took that wire and joined it to my tacho, it works fine now any how so should be all good...

To be honest i never noticed it before but then i never had it removed whislt it was running... Tacho was the last wire i joined up but it goes direct to the rev counter so cant see theres a issue there ?

Hmm, thats strange mine gets soo hot u cant hold it the front face is boiling yet it seams to run fine with no faults. Dunno wat too do ! Thanks alot foe trying any how i mite try dissconnect the rev counter as that was the last wire i joined up...

Any other ideas welcome

Its the other metal one mate.. When you are sat in the drivers seat its above your feet in the rh side kick panel, get your head down by the pedals and look up you will see it screwed to the side of the car.. If ou could just run the car at idle for 15 mins and put you hand on it see if it get's hot...

I have two of them for the front and 2 for the back.. If i remember correctly mine are black and i have 4 of them..

Yeah i'd say that it's not a hole in the pipe any where mate else that would cause a vacum leak and prob wont idle correct..

Have u checked the boost solinoid itself ? i have a spare if you want to try it ?

Yeah i was correct.. Goes from pin 1 one one ecu to pin 17 on the other, it then has a take off wire which drives the tacho.. I popped my dash out and joined that wire on and job done, it works a treat.. Just for the record, it's not marked out on the diagram just has the loop wire from the 2 ecus n...
