Turbo pressure sender.
My turbo pressure gauge on the dash has been acting funny lately. It's normal behaviour, at least what it did before, was to stay on 0 while being on idle, moving around the negative zone when acceletaring gently and then pushing up to a max of 0.5 bar when the turbo is on it's highest pressure. Now...

Mine is starting to do the "always cool" water temperature, though I know it's somewhere 80-85°C.
Any way of solving that. I mean before I send my tacho to Brinkie to have the speedo repaired

Sunroof parts needed.
6 months now I've been scavenging every single scrapyard in a 200 kms radius from Valencia in eastern Spain without luck, calling and calling again. Looking obsessively in all second hand sites across Europe, ready to pay for the complete sunroof plus shipping to Spain, but no one wants to send it m...

Great Jim.
Loking for both sides sliding hinges that elevates the cristal in the damm moonroof.
NUmber 4 ( plus 5) on the scheme. Could also use n 14 both sides. Would take the complete cassette both sides if available.
Best

Re: Air conditioning compressor and other headaches
Yes I'm aware of all the changes in AC system through the years of production. I'm quite sure mine was a R12 compressor/system. I'm inclined towards thinking this has been just another faulty compressor. I'll come back for help if I experience any more problems after I get the new compressor. Good t...

Air conditioning compressor and other headaches
I could have pushed my car to a cliff this week. Through the winter I have spent about 700 euros renewing all my air conditioning system. New compressor in september. Had fitted a new dryer filter from a Ford Focus with a complete renewal of all tubes from the radiator and upwards. The system was wo...

Re: Speed sensor
I've been through the erratic speed gauge nightmare. In my opinion try not to touch anything in the back of the instruments board. You'll mess it up.
First change the speedo sensor and move from there. I went the other way around with disastrous results

Re: Sidelights blinking twice the speed they should
All understood, well... kind of Thanks a lot. Last night I went down to the garage and made a few tests. I had to go back to front and rear filament bulbs again and the blinking interval became again right. Side blinker I replaced for a canbus T10 bulb and it doesn't seem to afect anything. Don't kn...

Re: Sidelights blinking twice the speed they should
Yes. That's the problem probably. I remember that I changed DRLs for LEDs 10 days ago, but front blinkers were replaced for LEDs just 3 days ago, and I had only tried them working with the warnings button, not with the lever. So I guess having front blinkers in LED and the rest in standard bulb has ...

Sidelights blinking twice the speed they should
After going through the 33 index pages of the Electrical System index I have to plant this. My sidelights have started blinking twice the speed they did before. This happens when I pull the lever right or left but not when I push the warnings button where the interval stays normal . I have recently ...
