it may look wrecked but I am quietly confident that it will be back on the road within 4 - 6 weeks :wink: - it may be a bit longer before it is sprayed - it has been well maintainted by previous owners with regular servicing etc I don't want to see all their good work go to waste - as regards ebay q...

Well actually yes it does - there are relitavely few celebrations on the road aand anything that can be done to keep them that way must surely be a good thing - you said in you first post that you were angry that i got te car because you wanted the leather yet you didn't even bid on it :?

just bought a celeb off ebay wih bashed in front. I have an ES that would supply all parts for rebuild (also have turbo that is not going to be touchd) My problem is that it is a perfectly good es couple of niggly electrical faults (bad earth* that havent got round to yet but lots of work on suspens...

No need to remove the dash - just the centre console - its not that bad a job - one thing to watch is when you put it back together make sure the matrix is seated properly in the housing - i didn't and almost wrecked the new one -

Just a quick thanks to catgroom (and indirectly JohnT) my turbo is back on the road with its new subframe (see above) all it needed other than that was the hanbrake adjusting and two new brake pipes. it's getting leathered up this weekend and the wheel arch will be painted it drives like a dream and...

i have a one = voltmeter/oil preaurre gauge (the thrd one is a vo;vo logo - working and in good nick make me an offer plus postage abd its yours - postage shouldn't be much as they are qute light :D
