I'm interested in one too if shipping is possible to Belgium. BTW, you're talking about the upper bonnet air intake, which is not really a snow cover. The snow cover is illustrated at the image 6 while the original air intake is shown on picture 5. http://volvo480fow.free.fr/site/catalogues/cat_acc8...

No doubt that the engine can handle more than 13psi but as I use my 480 as a second car, I would like to keep it in good shape for ... ever ! And too much boosting will in the end reduce engine's life expectency. So, 13psi are enough for me. But can you reach 13psi with the stock turbo + MBC ? Or do...

This car can be considered as the new 480 ... The production will start in Ghent - Belgium. I already asked volvo ghent if it was possible to vi...

I knew I had to get a custom manifold adapter ... it will take more time. I'm not planning to turn my 480 into a drag racer ! I'm looking for replacement part that would improve the performances for the same price as the refurbished original one. If I need to change almost everything in my engine in...

:D Thanks for your reply ! So far, if I go for saab parts I think it will be enough work to fit the T3 in. :? I was at first planing to do the same ECU modification as forum member Martin Person ( check here section modified ECU ). Plus adding such a thing to act as MBC. A friend of mine did that on...

Saab parts
Hello, The turbo on my '88 480 is broken, I need a new one. I currently have the possibility of swapping it with a similar turbo from an old 480 OR, I can go the saab way. I can get for about the same price a used garrett T3 from an old saab 900 plus various other saab parts. I've read that some of ...
