Re: 2.0 auto - Celebration No. 451 For Sale
The manual is needing a exhaust manifold, which I have replaced already but there is said to be a bracket missing so its vibrating to much and caused this one to crack too. Apart from this it a good example. Still drives and was using daily until Christmas when I bought another car. The manual is no...

Re: 2.0 auto - Celebration No. 451 For Sale
A wee quick update. The car has now been checked over to see what would be required for next MOT and raised has the following issues: 1. The brakes are needed serviced (I expected this as it has only done 18 miles since last MOT) 2. The exhaust has a slight blow 3. There is a slight leek on the powe...

Re: Insurance Rant
Yes, same for me as I have always used Direct Line. They say if my car was an ES then all would be fine but as I have a Celebration then they will not insure against theft or attempted theft unless I fit a thatcham approved immobilizer/alarm system!! Very strange... :? Even when it's a 17 year old c...

Hi
Yes, a UK meet is a great idea.
Will keep checking in to see the arrangements.
Although would prefer the location to be north England as I'm up in Scotland....

My fan is coming on at 75/77deg which is not good as this is the running temp of the engine so is constantly running. Then when I stop the car and leave it the fan continues to run for at least ten mi...

The new one is ending in MAP and it doesn't promote my business on the back window yet! The old one is parked up just off tom morris in a residential car park across from the football park. Will be tweaking it ready to sell  ~I'm often there with both at the same time and get some looks from pe...

All working fine now :hopping: Although it would appear the alarm system is not working so will need to trace this fault...
