yes all wires go in to all the connectors so i havent a clue.

do they have a reflector or simular inside? maybe it needs cleaning? i will have a look tomorrow.

had a look at both clocks and the pins are the same. no different numbers of pins. both have 4 pins three together and one on its own.

the plug that plugs in to the clock also has 4 connectors in the right place so i dont know if its that .
