Well, it's very simple, you put some polytrol on a rag (???) you spread it on, you let it on for a few minutes, and then with another rag, you remove the surplus of polytrol :wink:

Polytrol is a very good product for plastic parts, not too shiny and stays on for a few months, not for some weeks as others things. But for the rear clusters, re spray them after sand them is the best solution, it's not expensive, and very good result It's me who sanded them for AOD, because is car...

If it is a first ABS fitted on the 480s, the one with the ECU in the rear left panel in the hatch, it's normal.

As i saw in a volvo document, the limit for the light on is one minute for the first start :wink:
