Hello everyone, just thought that I could share this here. Hopefully there is a few future lenders here. Kiva is a non-profit organization that gives loans to poor people so that they can expand/fix/establish a sustainable income. In other words, you can lend 25$ to a farmer so that he can buy a new...

Yes, you're right. Volvo Cars is owned by Ford Motor Company, and is not a part of the Volvo Group. But Ford is considering selling Volvo Cars, and Volvo Group is considered as a possible buyer. I'm not so good at explaning so I copy-pasted this form Wikipedia and only edited it so it's a bit easier...

Here is another vision of a racing C30. Not sure if I like it or not. Looks a bit like a boyracer. www .seriouswheels. com/cars/2009/top-2009-Volvo-C30-Racer-from-Vizualtech-Design. htm Hmmm... by some strange reason I can't post URLs yet... As for Volvo returning to car racing, I'm a bit unsure abo...

I use the day lights and I haven't been stopped by the police.
Been to Sweden too and wasn't stopped there either. So I guess they are sufficient.

No, it isn't high octane petrol.
I roughly translated it to condensation remover, however I can't find any results when I google it, but i found sludge remover and from what I read it's almost the same thing.

Mine was like that a few weeks ago. It wouldnt run properly when the engine was cold, stalled very easily and an occational misfire. Changed the sparkplugs, ignition cables and (I dont know the english word but, you're a swede so I'll guess you'll understand the norwegian word: kondensfjerner ). Tha...

I want one too!
In fact earlier today I took a look at eBay (and various other sites too) for price estimates and calculated what I had to pay to import one to Norway.
Won't happen this year, but maybe in a couple of years.

HID (or Xenon, if you want to call it that) conversion is illegal in most countries. Mostly because the headlights it is fitted in isn't created for HID bulbs and the way it casts light. In new cars with HID they use projector technology instead of a normal lenses and reflectors. The way a HID bulb ...

I've been thinking about changing the hedlight bulbs too... Way to little light for Norwegian coutry roads. I'm even considering HID conversion, but I'm a bit sceptical about light dispersion and tacky looks... Also it's highly illegal. So I've been reading here that some uses 80/100W bulbs. Talked ...

Hmm... Wouldn't hurt to ask.
My uncle is now trying to pull some strings, but I don't know how that goes. Even with employee discount here in Norway, I still think it cheaper abroad.

I don't think I have that luxury of that, as these cars are so rare in Norway. I can honestly say that I've seen more Lamborghinis on the road, than I've seen 480's. (actually I've only seen two other 480's and one of them were swedish registred... :D) One would think that it would be more popular i...

Hello fellow 480 owners

Hello all 480 owners. My name is Anders and I live in Norway. I've recently bought a '87 480 ES. I've had it at a garage ever since I've bought it, so my uncle can repair it in his spare time. Unfortunatly its a Toyota garage, so I won't get cheap parts. But just the other day he called me and told ...
