try ringing larkspeed dot com i can't post links, I have koni adjustables on my T5 with PI springs, tis way better than stock, however for a few quid more there is koni FSD's (apparently dont come as complete shocks Just inserts) and eibach springs, I dont know if available for 480 Ben p.s. larkspee...
