do I need to remove the nose cone to access the manual knob ? Ive tried taking the lights out before but that was an epic fail

could anyone tell me how I can manually rewind the popup ? I got both pop up's down and they refuse to come up, anyone who can tell me where the switch is to manually wind them up ? thanks!
