i was gonna say if the engine is out take the gear box off and lock it with the splines on a plate that attach's to the bell housing mounts !
pretty much the way i start with a strip down ;)

depends how hard you intend to drive it m8 :rofl:
but recomended for sure as the originals will fail quicker with lower springs on as they will be under more compressed strain !!!

you could run on standard shock but hey would fail quite quickly !!!!
I had my monroes re-gassed at work ( there stiff but comfy aswell if that makes any sence lol )

be sure to de-grease and rub them down propperly
i wouldnt use an aerosol lacquer as you may need to redo them in a few months
2 pack lacquer will work 100% better but does mean you will need a compressor unless youre super good with a thick brush ;)
