Volvo 480 Club Europe

Hi all!! Here´s an old and used question. Upgrade from stock turbo T20 to the T25, whitch one will fitt the best. I understan there vill be modding, but witch one will i buy? I searching for a used one.. understand Saab some modell and maby from Nissan sx.. Searched the arcive but no straight answe...

My -90 runs on a double pcb. It´s a purble box. fits 89- also.

The 480 turbo-automatic is very rare.. I very cool choice.. The boost of the turbo is a little bit higher because of the gearbox.
Don`t know if you feel it but i think it will go faster than a manual one. just step on it and Goooo!

Allright.. I cheked my box that rpruen has modded.. :) Thanks agin for that. And in this box it´s ok to put it in. so if you dont have the double pcb then you can´t chip it?? Beacuse the different boxes don match diffrent car years so i im lucky then.. Now i just have to buy a anoter box to in...

Absolutley, gonna get my another box today. It`s a double printed circuit bord.

Ah, gonna check the purple one. think you got a piont there.

You can´t trust the original turbo guage. in some cars it goes in to the red and in some to the yellow but gives the same effect.
Install a real instrument on the conection on the turbo box behinde the ashtray. And then you can se if there is something wrong.

Hi! I bought a 480 for about 1 year ago (my number six 480) and in the buy it includes a chip especially made for the car. But as seen on the pic the chip are to big to fit...... I thought the chip was ment to be in the turbo box but maby im wrong, shall it go into the cem? Please help. http://www.g...
