I'm not to fond of the hammerite-trick. Tried it twice now, and it's all looking like a million - until the first Track-day... The plastic-stuff in the hammerite all truns into a darker shade, and becomes like rubber, and brakepad dust will stick to it. :-(

Looking even better than I expected! Especially when grey! - looking kind'a oldschool, a bit like something you'd see on a Amazon.

Another great gain, by having them grey, is that it doesn't draw your mind to compare it with the Gotti-rims you always see on old VW and Opels.

Hammerite and baked 2 hours at 60 Celsius. No dust or brakepad-dust bites on it :-)

It is actually a forum-member who has made them - I'm not sure if he still makes them, or he's closed the buisness.

Sure you don't want to sell your amp to me? The old M-series of Phoenix Gold isn't that good (ok they are, but I want it :-)). I've once had a M44 4ch amp, and it easely drove a 5 1/4" set of front-speakers and a 12" sub (2ch bridged into 1ohm). The great advantage of the M-series is that you can ap...

The 0.1 amp you probably won't get rid of - as said before, is the ECU and radio - you can try and remove the fuses for the radio, you might see at small drop of amp, but probably won't dissappear entirely. Andreas - do you know any danish 480 forum/pages? I havn't found any volvo-pages except koldi...

Phew cars are cheap to buy and run/maintain in the UK. If I can manage to find a place to restore the 480 I'm looking at, my budget will probably say around 1k£ for the car (in bad condition), and another 2-3k£ for parts - maybe even more when new leather is needed on all seats, and a major pa...

480 Rear Arches

Hello. I'm considering buying a cheap (considered danish prices) 480, wich need quite a bit of work - on the metal-side it primarily the rear arches and sorroundings that is corroded badly. But, I've been looking around on the danish sparepart-dealers homepages, and I cannot find any new reararches....

Please don't shoot me.... The two fastest cars I've been driving was a Subaru Impreza GT with about a 350bhp at a trackday, and a Peugeot 206 HDi (trackday as well). - well, I'd go with the Peugeot, wich in no way was standard... But, id put down about a 280bhp and 700+ nm - great fun :-) :-) My gue...

Anyone left???

Is there anyone left of the production 5? If there isn't, would it be possible to make 5 new? And furthermore, would shipping to Denmark be possible :-) I have my eyes on a car fitted with the rest of the hausser bodykit (alltough I'm not sure about the rear bumper), which hopefully should be in my ...
