just had a thought do you mean the back adjuster that is halfway up the side of the seat back? Fortunately is in an OK position, not too vertical and not to horizontal. I've experienced this problem for a long time, but I really need to solve it. My drivers seat (left, LHD) doesn't adjust its back position. I rotate the wheel but it doesn't do nothing.

Is this a known problem? Can you please give me some tips?
