both rears & passenger seat okay, but drivers torn in the usual place.
don't know what ecu it is - will check later on

My turbo is too far gone, so I'm bowing out of 480 ownership and offering it for breaking: The engine has a blown head gasket and is nigh on dead, the bodywork is pants so bear this in mind. bleeding them sounds dangerous - would you guys do it yourselves or take it to a garage and let them fire brake fluid through brick walls ?

If I'm going to get this thing RichMod'd I'd like decent brakes so any advice for upgrading them or is the standard setup competent enough?

Does anybody else have a problem getting the fabric insert to stay in the door card?

I've been in touch with him lately about a Richmod - seems to use the forum only on the weekends.

Was a massive airlock.

Turns out that the hot/cold switch is electric despite looking and feeling like the 480's cable type slider. The system was drained and filled with this set to hot but since the ignition was off it was still 'cold'.

Lots of topping up later it runs fine.

How would I go about pressure testing the rad - in particular what sort of pump would I have to use?

There is no Haynes for this car unfortunately...
