u can upgrade them to 227cc , doesn't lean out when on boost

did you replace the relais? mine were clicking to, but were rusty as hell. after replacing them with new ones

do you have the correct loom with the engine?

200mm clutch, 3 wires from TDC-sensor

225mm clutch, 2 wires

i have coilovers from a WV golf mk1 on a renault 5, exactly the same offset. so if there is nothing for these volvo's you can look @ other makes, keeping the weight of the used car in mind . It was a lot of research but it paid off, the car can be slammed on the tarmac now

already found it , original solenoid is going to be replaced

does it run on brake cleaner? i had ones the same problem, turned out to be the 2 relais at the end of the loom, they were all brown of corrosion.

if they are high impendance you can use them.

i haven't installed the super mod yet, but i have a little question about this . do i have to instal the turbo solenoid to get it working properly? or can i leave it as it is ( directly from turbo to actuator).

I opened the EZK and saw the chip with the text "standard cam" .

What should i do stick, with the standard cam or fit the "E" cam. Is richard still reading on the forum??

every turbo is different , so on one turbo it will fit perfect and the other won't fit at all.

actuator doesn't have te change and a FPR ist needed also

i had the same problem a while ago, check if the flap of the wastegate is still in place (downpipe has to go off for this)

the air mass meter , has an build in potentiometer by richard. will see what it will bring. the clutch will be an 200 mm paddle clutch. i will fit the stuff with the 230 cc injectors. i opend the ezk and discoverd a 3 bar map sensor and a chip made by richard. with my new motorblock in place i will ...

you also can use 1 from an renault 2.0 liter

What kind of power can i aspect from this,

i'm playing a little with the megasquirt, but i did not get it to run on my engine. i installed the IAT changed the wireing as discribed, only thing i haven't done is wire the fuel pump (it rund apart from the MS) is this the problem?

in a month or so i have 230 cc injectos for sale , price will be 50 euro's
