It was faulty speed sensor. I changed it and everything works fine.

I tryed every step and i have no progression on this. My cluster has 4.85V on Km/h odo gauge and 1.5ohm on my speedo sensor which is constantly in closed circut on buzz test. I dont know where to search anymore.
