Volvo 480 Club Europe

So with my current project a 480es ive gotten quite far but still some issues remain till i can start using it. For examble my rear foglights doesnt seem to work. Not even the indicator on the dash appears whats could it depend on? Furthermore my rear wiper doesnt work either and not clue what cause...

aight so heres the problem, the only lights that work in my car is the foglights and dashboard light. all fuses are intact and lightbulbs seems to be intact

Just bought a 1987 volvo 480ES and one of the issues with it is that the popup headlights last tested didnt go down and when tried to get them down white smoke comes from the ignition key area. And im clueless on what it may be
