What a fight to get the rear bar out of the bumper! I've had to drill every single screw out to detach it. Unfortunately the end result wasn't pretty. The last owner snapped a stud on the main bracket and filled the bar with foam and fiberglass - exactly what you don't want when the metal is already...

Looks like the only option is for the rear bumper bar to have some repair work then. I'm guessing if I drill out the screws I'm left with a sheet of metal, foam and then another sheet of metal? Does anyone have a picture of it out? Fabricating something isn't a problem. I'll take it down with a wire...

I managed to get a pair of splash guards. The original NSF in the picture is still usable so I've only replaced the OSF. It's not far away now. Mechanically, it will be spot on!

Font brakes are now complete. Acid cleaned, new pistons, seals, slides, painted, new brake pipe, new disc guard, all lubricated, new pads and discs, new fluid.
