So if i understand correctly it is only necessary to remove the grubb screw to remove the switch from left side (LHD)? Without drilling and removing the barrel lock?

A friend has problems with the starter switch on his 480. And even on my 480, I sometimes have to turn the key very hard to the start position. Those are dimensions of condenser in my 480.
620 x 400 x 25 mm

Lower connection is 16mm male thread and upper 19mm male thread.

btw: how to attach photos? ;)

AC condenser

As it looks like I will need a new AC condenser.
Since the original part is no longer available I am interested if anyone knows of any alternative part with minimal conversion?

Blowing warm air

My 480 blows warm air on my face even if I set it to cold/blue! :D I have already checked the leaver behind center console on drivers side (LHD) footwell which is moving with cold/hot slider on AC control panel. It looks ok for me. AC is currently not working because I have to repair leaking condens...

No problem, I can model this button if you send me some measurements. But for printing, SLS resin 3D printing is a better choice in my opinion.
