I’d guess ES (cos I’ve no TBW’s on the turbo lists). The only time I’ve spotted them “in the wild” is as they typically turn up on my doorstep!
They tend to breed in captivity at your place, they multiply every time I show up

Re: what's your favourite in car music?

That being said, there is one song I listen to a lot (which is in keeping with the year of my car.) That is Duran Duran: Ordinary World, released in 1993. Exceedingly good taste, my favourite song of all time, and sadly one that is quite underrated (hardly ever played on the radio) ^^ This ^^ I hig...

Re: what's your favourite in car music?

As a child of the 21st century, I like the music to complement the car - so as to take me back in time and hopefully get an anemoia overload as an escape from the modern world. With both of my cars being from the mid-late 80s, that means stuff from about 1987-1998 always goes down well in the Volvo,...

Re: Volvo Audio - What you never asked for....

Oooooh this is fascinating, I do have the 1988 brochure and if I didn't already have my dream radio/cassette fitted I'd be searching out some of the higher spec options as my car was always fitted with the quad speaker option. One way to get connectivity would come if any of the units listed came wi...

Contrary to the JiffleMon, I think you were right to use the fixing screws as it is a little more period correct

Re: Help!! Half the electrics out after dome light shorted out.

Don't worry, many youths get anxiety thinking about social media. I get it when I look at a wiring diagram

It will probably be either the CEM or a rely that has shat itself somewhere, just a question of which one

Re: Help!! Half the electrics out after dome light shorted out.

When I read the title I thought initially CEM? I know my car seemed possessed when some water got on the circuit board. While it is a different circumstance I would suggest opening it up and checking it just to rule out Otherwise, I would defer to the advice of my fellow Wedgeneers who are actually ...
