Got there in the end....
After a lot of checking, found a break in the wire by the bonnet toggle switch.

Re: Pop up headlights help please
Ok....
So had a fiddle with Toggle switch.. Can hear it clicking so assume it's ok?
What's next? Are there any relays involved with the pop up head lights?

Pop up headlights help please
Hi all
I had to change a day running bulb, all was fine...
Headlights went back down as they should have done afterwards
Now they won't go back up, fuses under dash all ok, what should I be looking at next?

Re: Drivers door lock Gremlin... Any ideas?
Had a look inside the lock & nothing looks obviously wrong.
Gave it a squirt of WD40 while I was there.
Can only guess something has slight wear.
can I replace the lock somehow & still have the original key working?

Drivers door lock Gremlin... Any ideas?
Hi all. My drivers side door lock has developed a Gremlin... When you unlock the car the red tab sticks out, but then goes back in... Passenger door unlocks as it should. To get in the drivers door you have to unlock & hold the key in unlock position & pull handle up, Then the red tab will stay out....

Re: Various parts needed please!! Looked everywhere :-(
If you could ask him for the rear badge Balto8 that would be brilliant
Volvo don't have a rear washer jet, asked for a few bits, they only seem to have service items etc now

Might be an obvious check, but...
Have you bled the system to make sure you do not have any air locks?

Re: rubber roof gutters- how to stick?
Hi Tim,
I would suggest something like "Tigerseal" or similar. Used by body shops to hold trims etc on. Very strong & should fill any gaps. It's like silicone sealant, but it's a denser, thick consistency & much stronger
