Thats vintage. Anyone interested to put it on a 480?

Special Delivery versions are Volvo's that are imoprted to the USA for customers who did not want a standard USA spec Volvo. Or people who wanted their Volvo transported to the USA when migrating.

One thing is sure: It's a collecters item... But as it's not a (real) classic yet, prices are low. But I suspect that this car will be very valuable in the future. Because of this, the US spec will not be shredded, but the chassis won't be restored either. If the seller really loves the car than I s...

My cars and their history

After a half year of doing nothing, my 480 now has a new windscreen.
With fitting the new windscreen, I will now finish off the car so I can drive it again.
A bigger engine, altered suspension and gearbox are waiting for what is coming.

ha, ha! you can't!

Well, it can be done, but remember that you need the ring under the knob to be able to put the car in reverse.
Haynes tells you to take a big spanner, which goes under the knob, and then hit it with a hammer...
I removed mine by just pulling..
new shiny knob..

It will fail MOT when it's not fitted. Wheter the CAT works (and the material is still inside te CAT) can only be tested with th...

I have had the same problem. My problem was that I misconnected two connectors, resulting in a baked ECU. The car ran, but the idle control was smoked.

Really good solution, I now drive a 340 to get to work.
A projectcar (480) sits in front of the house to be viewed.
So enjoy the best of two worlds: The looks of the car, without the rattles, and the drive of a car that actually works...

Same thought, but check the connection before removing the switch. It's a pain to but it back.
