Volvo 480 Club Europe

My 92 2.0 is over heating for reasons that i cant fathom? she's spittng water from the main water pipe that leads to the bottom feed to the block? not loads but about half a litre, but not doing it when she's cold or when i havent travelled far? what temp should the fan be coming in? i know thats wo...

Has anyone got a roof rack that they are not using or dont want? Or does anyone know what other roof racks fit the 480? i need one to carry 2 mountain bikes and all the rear bike carrier's i've looked at dont fit the 480

Hi, I got my rear calipers & loads other parts from Bridgend Motor Factors, I paid £51.86 each cause i was cheeky and asked for trade discount, but normally they retail there for £62.97+VAT!! and you have to pay extra £40.00 old unit charge which you get refunded when you take back the old unit. ...

All parts sourced!! but still need rubber seal that fits around the boot, mines leaking like a bugger, Any one know where to get one? cheers Andy

Job done, managed to get trade discount with local supplier by ordering new discs and pads all round as well. In for the penny in for the pound eh! thanks for the help lads

Hi, Could do with bit of advice....whats the first thing i should do to get a bit more hp out of my 2.0ES, while keeping reliability?

Change air-filter to K n N maybe? Do they make air filters for these?
