One of my mates has just put an UnoTie engine in his X1/9 :hopping: can't wait to have a go :D Anyway, the DS cab is superbe, a mates dad had one, (see photo) but had to sell because of divorce :cry: They go for silly money ! He's also got an Alpine A110, a couple of AX sports, a Visa Cabrio, a Trac...

Shame you can't keep her...I've got a few mates who have 1 or 2 kids, who have only had the 480, and they've never had any problems...
I know I'd keep the 480 if I had kids, but then again, if asked I'd prefer a 480 to a baby anyday

She hasn't got big wheels or anything, just a standard 1988 480 turbo...and she's in good condition.

Shame for your 480 Rachel is she repairable ? I'm sure we can all get together to help you find real cheap parts and repaint if needed.
