Yes.... it wasn't too bad to get to - however the wires on mine are fine - getting continuity on the speedo wire, 12V on the yellow/black one, and ground on the brown one. So it must be something else then - possibly related to the gearbox oil change the day before.....killed the sensor maybe..... Y...

Its faster than the 480 Turbo, although the power delivery is completely different - you have to change gear a lot to keep in the power band. In the dry it just drives around corners without trying that in the 480 the nose would start to run wide at the same speed. The steering is much better in ter...

I didn't say that was what I was asking for them! However there was a time way back when, when all the long term 480 owners that have all given up were here when they would probably have gone for that. I know - I missed out on sets before I got these. How times change eh? As for £30 well I don't ...

The red ECU will work with either, so unfortunately thats not really a way of telling...however, how many wires does the flywheel sensor on both your looms have? If they are different different then the one that isn't with your orange ECU should work with the blue one, if you see what I mean

The flyweels are identical, as has been said. The difference I have found is the number of wires from the flywheel sensor, and of course the loom it connects to. Unfortunately I don't know what the extra wire does......

When I saw one in that colour I knew that was what I wanted, of course it is a fairly rare colour.... I even drove 130 miles from home to look at one, which turned out to be shit, and then the S40 went BANG rattle rattle knock kncok rattle knock on the way home - 130 miles at 50-55mph was not fun.

Heh, yeah I made a bit, certainly a lot lot more than it was worth as a whole car! Its a Rev2 N/A, UK car. I didn't want to get into the trying to insure grey imports thing that a turbo entails, plus the N/A is _slightly_ less likely to bite your head off if it looks a bit overcast! I wanted to get ...

You can still use it mate, in fact if you are running a hefty ICE install you could prob do with it kicking out a bit more.

You should get over 35 mpg if sticking below 80. The problem with the autos is they are only four speed, so 80 is almost 3,500 revs.

FOR SALE - Leather Seats

Well I've held them for someone for 2 months, and they have made no effort to pick them up, even to the point of saying they would come out in two hours time - that was the last I heard from them two weeks ago. So balls to 'em. From an early model, so no headrests on the rear seats, in decen nick, n...
