Tourqe steer depends on the distance (in the tire contact patch) between the tyre centre and the imaginary line between the strut bearing and the wheel arm ball point. If you have changed the wheel offset then you can get more tourqe steer. Otherwise its most likely a result of the increased engine ...

The revlimiter is a single hex number in the engine management. If you know where its located then its possible to change it.

I dont think that the standard rods can handle more than perhaps 250 bhp as they are identical to the NA models.

But nobody seems to know for sure.

I will use a camshaft from an 87 ES (the 109 bhp without cat). It has a lot more lift and duration than the standard turbo camshaft. Piston to valve clearance might be an issue but i have adjusted that also. That engine uses the same pulleys and flywheel as the turbo engine so i think that the timin...

Im using a Ford Sierra Cosworth intercooler. Have seen another Clio with Volvo turbo engine that uses a Ford ic.

My Volvo 480 intercooler was leaking and wasnt going to fit anyway.

Later models of Saab 900 and 9-3 has one that could fit also.

im not going to add anything about the original post, as that has been covered, but has anyone thought that it *could* be good for someone other than rich to post the specs here? i mean, rich has his hands tied with what he can and cant discuss, and as has also been said, has been honourable enough...
