The coilovers were from me and I am sure Fraser would have been bending my ear if his suspension was bending! There are also some sets gone out to track cars and again no issues have come up. The top and bottom damper fixing are both in double shear so more than strong enough for mounting coilovers.

Having the spring and damper as 1 unit keep the unsprung weight down

They are to be used for rebuilding.

I have one wishbone with bushes fitted. They are easy to fit and no need to a press to either remove teh old or install the new ones. A vice or even G-clamp will do what is needed

Andrew said he was going to let you have first test. I have a LHS Auto wisbone here for testing so has both types of bush

I had a B20F fitted to a 340 using the 340 ignition so no rev limit. It was more than happy at 7000RPM but I have come accross these engines having problems with the bearing when rev high a lot

the lack of non return valve is the most likely cause for the delay in oil pressure

UV is what kills the rubber so as long as it has been covered it should be ok. Just check it for any signs of cracking.
