Thanks for the help, guys. Unfortunatly after having her checked out at the garage she`s a lot worse than i thought, the radiator is shot and the head gasket has blown. fuel econ & cold weather
Ever since the weather has turned really cold my fuel economy has been complete shite, sitting in idle(around 950-1000rpm) is beyond a joke, even got out at one point to check for a leak!!!

480 es 1990 57k miles. Has been running well, no problems. Opened electric locks this morning, fastened seatbelt, turned ignition, a microsecond illumination of day running lights, then nothing. Anyone know the colour coding for the wires to the stereo(which wire does what, etc..), i have speaker coding sorted just not sure about the rest. My radio has speed dependent volume control(raises and lowers with the speed of the car) but its not connected, does anyone know how to connect it up or even if you can on a 480?
