Im wanting to fit my stereo to the 480 but i'm struggling to find a place to put the multichanger. Where have any of you fitted yours?

i fitted the 12 disc changer in my green 480 under the drivers seat, fixed to the floor.
i found that it would fit under the passenger seat but when someone sat on the seat it would press down on the top of it.
before you do this you have to make sure that your 480 has no leaks or it will get soaked!!
in my mums 440 i fitted the tiny alpine changer in the glove box, i had to remove some of the back of the glove box but it fit easily.
480 glove boxes are much smaller but i measured them and the alpine one will fit in mine with a bit of trimming.
why not get an mp3 player and use a head unit with an aux input (either on the front panel or the back of the unit), more tunes with less hassle

I've got a 10 disc Kenwood changer so hopefully it will fit under one of the seats.
I've considered MD but cant really justify spending anymore money on ice at the mo. My Kenwood head unit was connected to a Kenwood equalizer in my old car but now i only have one din space so it will have to be left out.
Then i need to find space for a sub...!

I have my 6-disk (5-disk with the broken tray) kenwood changer under the passenger seat. Was just supposed to be temporary as I didn't have a boot cover when I got the car, but it seems quite happy there. Haven't even fixed it down properly as it's a tight enough fit. Got a kenwood head unit, kenwood speakers all round and an amplified sub. Sounds alright, but the head unit is getting a bit old now so need to get a better one...
