What size clutch do I have?

Both manual and automatic transmission are discussed here, including the clutch!

I have a 92 (K) 480 turbo, I have been told that there at two size clutches for 480 turbos 200mm or 215mm.

Can anyone tell me which one mine has?

And are they interchangable?

Mine is slipping cronicly and I need a replacement, Please help!!!

Hi Robin!!!!

If your chassis number ends in 567600 > then its a 215mm.Its the 200mm clutches up to 567599.

£102.74 from www.eurocarparts.com for the 215mm or only £56.88 for the 200mm!!!

Well, I've phoned Volvo UK to search through their records. They said I'd have to Phone the Netherlands factory. I did but I got mitsubishi. However they had a forwarding number over in Sweden. I asked the swedish woman who only spoke pidgeon english to check their records, they said it'd been archived and for a 10 Euro fee they'd get it. Being the helpful, generous guy I am, I paid on my credit card and they came back to me just now to tell me you chassis number is 582581.

;)
