a power converter is always not a good idea and a waste of money. there are several power simulators on the net try this one (for epia): http://www.epiacenter.com/powersim/powersim_v2/epiasimulator_v2.htm which cpu and motherboard has the dell 900? for a car-pc especially in a 480 i would recommend ...

i contacted the seller on ebay for these spoiler. the spoiler is just a bit too high and a bit too short, but i think i will try it. anyway i will have to cut the spoiler in many pieces at first, to remove all the big curves and to make it look more "cornered" like our volvos. edit: picture above up...

Looking good !! Now just get your hands on that kit and find someone who has the expertise to do the job ... the front costs about 200€ on ebay - so that shouldnt be a problem as for the expertise, i saw many pics of your car and the things you have modded, i think you have more than enough exper...
