then try to find the TSP for the subs, download the tool WinISD from: http://www.linearteam.dk then try different designs out, for metal music the group delay value should be as small as possible at the desired frequency (around 50-60Hz). also make sure that the gain curve is flat and above the -3dB...

each subwoofer has its own parameters (they are called TSP - thielle small parameters) Using a calculation software and this parameters you can calculate the best box design for this sub. also the decision for sealed/ported box depends not only on the music you want listen to, but also on these para...

i have installed a similar one in the dashboard, instead of the vertical air vent. another good position would be the a-pillar. i've also tried the position under the seat-heating switches, but since the a/f ratio can change fast its not easy to look at the gauge all the time while driving :) i woul...

you could cut off that little bit of the dash and make it slide inside the dash, it would be held in its place by a spring when the monitor is off and slide inside the dash when the monitor is on. very complicated construction i know but it would be unique. the best compromise is like Roo said to re...

oh ok. no spacers were harmed in this install :D so even legal in the far finland.

the offset of the rear wheels is 15, thats why they come out of the cars side that much (i even see the wheels in the rear mirrors - very handy when parking and trying not to damage the wheels on the curb)

Nearest thing seems to be Porsche 928. I haven't looked at the ECUs for one of those myself, but schematics are closer than anything else out there. as my car was at the bosch service for fixing emission problems, they said that the testing device for the ecu fits only to volvo 480 and the porsche ...

the xenarc 700ts will fit with slight modifications to the dashboard and the radio duct beneath it. you will have to cut out approx 1cm on the sides, 3-4 cm in the depth and a bit in the height too. the problem is that you have only approx 12cm from the vem to the top of the radio duct and the most ...
