Thanks for posting the Photographs Glasgowjim.. The main car can be driven, the exhaust is not too noisy. Not sure how much gearbox oil has leaked, may require top up for longer journey. The tow bar will stay with the car. Just to clarify my original post:- price does not include the auxiliary dials...

Time has come to say farewell after nearly 4 years. MOT runs out on 26th October. Tax runs out end February 2012 List of items on MOT failure certificate which was issued on 05 October :- Offside Headlamp not working on dipped beam ( works OK when glass is tapped !!) Rear Fog Light lamp not working ...

Returning from Edinburgh to Aberdeen last week-end......passed a Ferrari and slowed down to have a look.

The driver's face was a picture when he saw my prancing meece on the side of my near side front wing. !!!

He acknowledged with a thumbs up.

Hi David,

I went through similar torture recently....changed, cleaned sensors etc and finally discovered that the distributor cap, rotor arm and carbon brush were all wasted.
Worth a quick check and will not cost anything. At least you can rule out ignition side.
